Store Policy

All items and products available for sale on the Morning Dew website are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read the following information carefully. You may contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies.

Purchase Information

The processing time frame for orders can be from one to three business days from your time of purchase. Depending upon the number of items ordered, your shipment may be delivered in multiple packages (and/or arrive on different days). The United States Postal Service (USPS) will deliver all orders.

Morning Dew will only ship one order, regardless of the number of items, to one shipping address. At no time will we be able to divide or split orders among separate addresses.

We can ship to Canada, and we will use the USPS Priority International Mail rate of $18.99 per order.

For all out of stock items, Morning Dew will allocate your purchase to "backorder" status and notify you of its standing. As soon as your items are in stock, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. If your order will require more than two weeks (14 days) to ship, we will notify you of the status, which, at that time, you may exercise the right to cancel your order and be reimbursed for your entire purchase (i.e., if you no longer desire your items).

Shipping Damage/Lost Shipments

When items are given to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipment, all liability and responsibility for correct shipment resides solely with the USPS. Morning Dew will not and is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise missing (stolen) due to a USPS error, miscalculation, or mistake.

Nonetheless, you are able to select and purchase insurance coverage for your items during the checkout phase, in which case Morning Dew can replace or refund items that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

If, after 10 business days, your order does not arrive, please contact Morning Dew so that we may track your order. If it is confirmed by USPS that your order is indeed lost as a result of their error, and you have purchased insurance through Morning Dew (during checkout), we will replace or refund your entire order.

Please allow Morning Dew at least 30 days to track, investigate, and locate your order in conjunction with USPS. There are instances in which shipments are delivered to an incorrect address, or other similar scenarios occur, and will eventually arrive.

As with any product received in the mail, please examine your order immediately after delivery. If, within two days (48 hours), you discover damages to your items, please inform USPS and us (Morning Dew). The reporting needs to occur within 48 hours. If you purchased insurance through us during the checkout procedure, we will replace your order (or refund your money, depending on your desire). For all refunds or the replacement of items due to damage, please allow at least 30 days.

Return Policy and Procedures

All products that are not wanted, whether for exchange or return, may be sent back to Morning Dew if it is mailed within 10 days from your receipt. Any concerns or claims after 10 days will need to be directed to the actual product manufacturer, as their product warranty will be in effect.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping charges for returned products. Furthermore, you may incur an additional shipping fee for your exchanged items.

Morning Dew will not accept returns on any used or opened products unless the products are bad, tainted, have spoiled, decomposed, or otherwise expired, and/or are not in a condition that is usable.

All items that need to be returned or exchanged will need to be assigned a return authorization number (RAN) from Morning Dew. Any items returned without a RAN will not be processed. In order to receive your RAN, please contact one of our representatives. Please have the following information on hand: the product, order number, and your reason for the return or exchange. All products to be returned must be both shipped and received by Morning Dew within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your RAN. It is in your best interest to protect your shipment and purchase the necessary delivery verification numbers and insurance.

For product exchanges, please let us know the item you wish to have instead. You will be given further information (i.e., return address and RAN) and instructions for the remaining exchange procedure.

Any items returned to Morning Dew without following these instructions and/or with an RAN will not be processed and will not be our responsibility. Please receive the proper information and procedures before sending any items to us.

For returns and exchanges, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your request is sanctioned and processed. For any refunds procedures, you will receive reimbursements according to the method you purchased the product. Any products that are "gift items" will be deemed store credit for the appropriate credit amount.

Any and all returns and exchanges will be processed within 30 days. We appreciate your patience.

Website User Security and Privacy

As we value your security and privacy, Morning Dew will never use any of your personal information for purposes not related to our website. We will not sell, share, or give any of your personal information to any third parties, individuals, websites, or other websites for any reason (except when necessitated by state or federal law).

We will not and do not store, keep, or record credit card numbers or information. All of our website transactions are conducted via a secure Web server for your security and protection. Any customer who would like to pay for their products through a different medium (than this website) may do so via phone or postal mail.

Likewise, we will never distribute, send out, or mail, or post advertisements, spam, junk mail, or any other unwanted materials through email accounts or postal mail. Anything you receive from Morning Dew will be product and/or order related.
